01Free plan
The free plan is, well, free. There’s nothing to refund.
02Paid plans
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Razorpay. The sections below explain when refunds are available.
037-day refund window
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid charge if Firepanel isn’t working out for them. No questions asked — we’d just appreciate knowing why so we can improve.
04After the refund window
Past the 7-day window, the current billing period is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time from your account settings to stop future renewals; you’ll keep access until the period you already paid for ends.
05Annual plans
Annual plans follow the same 7-day window as monthly plans. Within 7 days of your first annual charge, you can request a prorated refund of the unused portion. After 7 days, the annual fee is non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.
06How to request a refund
Send us a note through the Contact page with the email you signed up with and a one-line reason. Choose “Billing” as the subject. We’ll respond within two business days.
To make our reply faster, include:
- The email tied to your Firepanel account.
- The approximate date of the charge.
- A short note on why you’re requesting the refund.
07How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method. Funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We don’t charge processing fees on refunds.
